RoHS Certificate of Compliance Effective January 1, 2004, PCM/Image-Tek certifies that the following products supplied by PCM/Image-Tek comply with the legislation by the European Union and the National Standard of the People’s Republic of China, known as RoHS (Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances) which requires the elimination of mercury, cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE flame retardants as well as Deca-BDE:
These products do not have cadmium, lead, mercury, chromium Vl, PBB or PBDE listed in the raw ingredients. The raw materials used in the manufacturing of these products are all TSCA listed. There have been no intentional additions of heavy metals or brominated flame-retardants. The finished label rolls are considered articles when sold. Note that our compliance statement is based on a review of available MSDSs for the ingredients associated with our finished products provided by our suppliers.
