Our variable height detection feature reaches up to 30” inches, automatically senses the product, applies the label and returns. Other brands of printer applicators are designed to reach a set distance. Product is literally pounded if it is closer than the arm’s reach. If the product is too far away, the arm doesn’t reach and doesn’t apply a label at all.
Our electric tamp head is renowned for its soft touch. We contact the product with a mere 3 pounds of force. Pneumatic tamp heads, in contrast, smash into cases and pallets with up to 10 pounds of force – great for labeling cinder blocks.
